1. Scope
This policy explains how Verno Web collects and handles information through this website, the client portal, sales conversations, and services we operate for clients.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and business information you submit, including name, email, phone number, company, website, and project details.
- Account, subscription, support-request, and service configuration information.
- Basic device, referral, and site-usage information when analytics or essential cookies are enabled.
- Lead, call, message, appointment, and workflow data when a client hires us to configure or operate those services.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, prepare scopes, and provide contracted services.
- Build, connect, monitor, support, and improve websites and lead workflows.
- Authenticate portal users, process billing, and send service notices.
- Measure site and campaign performance where tracking has been configured.
- Protect our systems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
4. Automated calls, texts, and email
Some client projects may use automated email, SMS, voice, scheduling, or AI-assisted call handling. The exact channels, disclosures, consent rules, retention settings, and opt-out behavior depend on the approved configuration. Supported requests to stop or revoke consent must be honored promptly. Clients are responsible for supplying lawful contact lists and approving the scripts and uses configured for their business.
5. Call recording and AI processing
A configured voice workflow may transcribe, summarize, route, or record calls. Recording is not enabled by default merely because it is technically available. When used, the client is responsible for approving appropriate notices and ensuring the configuration follows the laws that apply to its callers and locations.
6. Service providers and platforms
We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum information needed with providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, payments, CRM, communications, advertising, AI processing, scheduling, and support. Those platforms may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Client data
When we process leads or customer information for a client, we do so to provide that client's configured service. Requests about a client's customer records may need to be directed to that client, which decides why the information is collected and how it is used.
8. Retention and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention for connected platforms may differ and is addressed in the project configuration or the platform's terms.
9. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided to us, subject to contractual, security, and legal requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message and control non-essential cookies through your browser or any consent controls shown on the site.
10. Children and policy changes
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change; the date below will show the latest revision.
